How do I qualify for the Military Discount?
To qualify you must provide a copy, for our viewing, of your
DD-214 or other proof of Military Service.
Does it matter if I was active duty or reserve?
No.
How much is your discount?
Our discount is equal to .005% of final contract price. ($500.00
per $100,000)
Is the discount built into your contract price?
No! The discount is based on final contract price. The amount of
the discount is from us to you. We encourage our Customers to
get pricing from at least one other Builder. We are confident
our quality of work, working relationship with our Customers and
price will speak for its self.
How can the discount be used?
The discount can be used however you would like. It can be paid
to you at closing, used for upgrades, appliances, etc.
Does the discount apply to new construction only?
No. The Military discount applies to all phases of our Business.
New construction, additions or remodeling.
